How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the “My Account ” link at the bottom of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the “Change quantities / cancel orders” link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

My order never arrived.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. We ship all orders through UPS Ground which carries a maximum time-in-transit of 6 days. You can use the UPS Maps feature to see how long they estimate shipping to your location will be. We ship from 85048.

If it has been longer than 12 days, please contact us directly with your order number and we will track and report the progress of your order.

An item is missing my from shipment.

Sometimes orders will come in multiple packages. We will let you know if this is the case.

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us and let us know. We will get it taken care of immediately!

My product is missing parts.

Occasionally, small parts can go missing during transit. If you are missing parts from your order, contact us and we will get those parts shipped out to you right away.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?

  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select “I am a new customer”.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the cost for your order to ship via UPS Ground.

I forgot my password.

Click the “My Account” link at the bottom of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

We believe our self-watering planter inserts are the perfect solution for accurate, low-maintenance plant care. In most cases, as long as some basic steps are followed, your plants will be healthy and happy for years to come.

However, if you’re not happy with the self-watering system, we do accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the original sale. Please contact us.

I received the wrong product

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return an item from your order, please contact us. For defective products we will issue you a return shipping label and refund your order when the product arrives.

Credits take between 7-10 business days to process from the time we receive your returned item(s).

Do you provide a warranty?

We provide a 3 year limited warranty. If you would like to request warranty replacement or service, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States. We do not have any information on when we will make international shipping available.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for customers in the state of Arizona.
